Once submitted, we’ll send you a detailed breakdown of your trip and next steps.

Your spot is officially secured once the indemnity form is complete and your R800 non-refundable deposit has been paid within two weeks.

Your trip fee covers a curated weekend experience, including the campsite, all specified activities, selected meals, snacks, campfire experiences, and a dedicated eaTravel guide. Optional extras like shuttle services and tent rentals can be added during booking.

The base package is designed as a self-drive experience, and guests are welcome to bring their own camping equipment. However, for added convenience, we offer optional shuttle transport and military-grade tent rentals.

You’ll be able to add optional extras like shuttle services or tent rentals when completing your indemnity form. Once submitted, we’ll email you a detailed cost breakdown of your trip, including any add-ons you selected. You can then review the updated total and proceed to settle your final balance.
