Once submitted, we’ll send you a detailed breakdown of your trip and next steps.

Your spot is officially secured once the indemnity form is complete and your R800 non-refundable deposit has been paid within two weeks.

Your trip fee covers a curated weekend experience, including the campsite, all specified activities, selected meals, snacks, campfire experiences, and a dedicated eaTravel guide. Optional extras like shuttle services and tent rentals can be added during booking.

The base package is designed as a self-drive experience, and guests are welcome to bring their own camping equipment. However, for added convenience, we offer optional shuttle transport and military-grade tent rentals.

During this step, you’ll receive a full cost breakdown of your trip, including any add-ons you select. Once everything is confirmed, you’ll settle your final balance after reviewing the updated total.
